HOW TO CHOOSE THE FREQUENCIES

To correctly choose the frequencies you can find on this website is important to understand the importance of our subconscious and the various systems that allow us to get in touch with him, and give us directions on our general well-being and the energy blocks, which, thanks to the frequencies, we can help to unlock. In this section we will explain briefly those methodologies, and we remind you that you can contact us for further information via e-mail or subscribe to our newsletter. The frequencies can be chosen even without the use of any specific method, leaving guided by so-called "instinct", or you can learn to measure your energy levels reading this section and downloading tables in the Download section.



INTUITIVE SYSTEM

Our subconscious knows us very well and could answer any questions about our health. Although, unfortunately, it cannot speak, it uses other systems to communicate with us, i.e., intuition and muscles. When we are in a state of Theta brain waves (4-7 cycles per second), the communication with our subconscious is greatly facilitated. Theta brain waves can be considered to be the subconscious; they govern the part of our mind that resides between the conscious and the unconscious and retain memories and sensations. The Theta is a very powerful state. It can be compared to that kind of trance in which are found the children when they are playing with video games. In waking activities theta waves are the sign of an intuitive knowledge and a deep rooted imaginative capacity. The theta state creates a close connection with the creative source of the universe and gives a powerful ability to work with the subconscious. For help, listen the following video:

KINESIOLOGIC MUSCLE TESTING

The subconscious is in charge of protecting our body from the external agents that could harm it, while the body possesses instinctive wisdom, which makes it react against all that is untrue or could be harmful. It can even manifest itself through specific muscular response to stress. The muscle testing allows you to decipher the body code. Its potential is remarkable because, besides finding and indicating any energy imbalance of the body, it also allows us to answer the questions we ask ourselves (yes or no). The muscle testing shows us whether our subconscious agrees with a given statement. Whenever the unconscious disagrees with the mind over a thought, there is an electrical conflict that reduces the strength of the muscle. Therefore, when the body recognizes something as "invalid" or "not good", it results in a decrease in muscle strength; if it recognizes something as "good" or "valid", instead, the fields of the whole body become stronger and, as a consequence, the muscles become stronger too. Normally the test is performed with an arm raised and bent 90 degrees, which exerts more or less resistance depending on the positive or negative response to the question asked (true or false); two people are needed, one of which has to push down the arm. Our test is a one-person muscle strength test and the easiest way to perform it is to make a ring shape with the dominant hand by touching your thumb and index finger (or another finger of the same hand) and apply constant pressure; then insert your taut index and middle fingers of the other hand into the ring, ask the question (will this program help improve my health?) and try to take them (index and middle fingers) out of the ring by pulling apart the two fingers making up the ring. If you have difficulty breaking the ring, that is a strong signal of “yes”, otherwise you’ll break it more easily. If you are unfamiliar with this method you may want to practice: at the beginning, by answering very simple questions; for example, if someone says “my name is Antonio”, the ring breaks if the name is right, but if the same person says “my name is Federico”, the ring breaks more easily at the pressure of the fingers of the other hand. You can practice with any question with a clear “true” or “false” answer (table and chair, car and bicycle, etc.) For further detail, watch the following video:

USING THE PENDULUM

Dowsing

The little muscular movements provoked by our subconscious in response to questions on our health are so weak that we need tools capable of amplifying them. One of these tools is the pendulum. Everything, from living beings to inorganic matter, emits radiations, each one on a different wavelength. Dowsing focuses on the waves and vibrations emitted by both animate and inanimate bodies. A basic tool is the pendulum (as it is the most suitable instrument, we will not consider other dowsing tools here). The pendulum consists of a weight attached to a wire and is used to amplify the light muscle movements provoked by our subconscious as a response to the questions that have been asked. Time and Place

As a suggestion, for now and the future, try to find a quiet place, a place where you can be alone and where you feel comfortable, a spot that would normally be available to you at the same time each day for a few minutes of practice. This is kind of like making an appointment with your Subconscious or Spirit Guides. The place might be the kitchen table early in the morning, or sitting up in bed late at night, or any other time or place. This seems to be very helpful if you are just learning to dowse. If you are with other dowsers (experienced dowsers seem to share some of their dowsing energies) or you have developed some skill, it won’t be as important to be in your special place at a predetermined time.

Getting Ready

Now read the following six steps all the way through. This is just so you will have an idea of what you will be doing. You don’t need to study them, just become familiar with them. Then come back and seriously go through them one step at a time. Ready? All set? Here we go:

Step 1. Relax, become quiet and drift into a prayerful mood (alpha state)

Step 2. Take your pendulum (any pendulum will do) and hold the string or chain between your thumb and first finger. Hold it with about 1 to 3 inches string length. The string length will determine how fast it will swing. Next, hold the pendulum over the center of the chart.




Step 3. Now, manually (by moving your hand and fingers) make the pendulum start swinging towards the “YES” and ask and expect it to keep swinging on its own without your help. Ask it out loud, with about the same normal speaking voice and tone as talking to a person. If it stops, start it over again, ask it to keep going. Watch only the upper or forward half of the pendulum’s swing and ignore the other half, from the center towards you. Repeat until the pendulum keeps swinging on its own. You will be deliberately starting the pendulum and then asking it to keep swinging with no additional help from you. You are simply training your system to react in a predetermine way.

Step 4.Do the same thing for the “NO”. Your fingers are still over the center of the circle and you are ignoring one half of the swing.

Step 5. Once it is swinging by itself to the “NO”, ask it, while it is still swinging, to work its way clockwise back to “YES” and then continue to the “Ready for Question”.

Step 6. Next ask it to work its way counter-clockwise from the “Ready for Question” to “YES” and to the “NO”, and then clockwise back to the “YES”. Practice Steps 3, 4, 5 and 6 several times



If you do not mean to become a dowser but only look for answers from your subconscious to be able to find the right answers for your health, you can find a pendulum or build one by yourself (just suspend a ring from a string) and practice following the steps above. Download the "Dowsing" box and start from the first chart above (Yes - No), making the pendulum swing over the central round disk at the bottom and asking one-answer-only questions (my name is ...), (this color is ...), etc. Work out until you are sure about the Yes or NO. Then start moving over the second graph (below) in the same way by the following technique. Prepare some pieces of paper and write a different percentage (1 to 100) on each of them; fold or overturn them on the table so as not to be able to read the numbers. Touch one of them out with the index finger of your non-dominant hand, make the pendulum stop over the intersection point below and ask your question (what is the percentage written on this card?). The pendulum will swing back and forth indicating the same number written on the card. You shall practice until you get definite, exact answers.




OTHER SYSTEMS


DOUBLE-PINCH
Get the tips of your right index finger and thumb to make a circle and enclose them in a similar left-handed circle. Ask your question and try and open your right pinch against the left one. If you succeed it signifies “no”, otherwise it is “yes”. A variant on the theme, also used in Kinesiology, is called “Two- ring”: it consists in putting one pinch inside the other like two links of a chain and trying to pull them apart by enlarging the smaller one. If you succeed it is “no”, if the pinch won’t open it is “yes”. You can also make a circle using your thumb and ring finger or pinkie and ask questions. If it opens spontaneously it means “yes”, otherwise it is “not”.

FINGER-THUMB
Rub your forefinger and thumb together and think your question. A rough, sticking feeling signifies “yes”, otherwise it is “no”. Psionic (dowsing) doctors do this in their pockets to cover diagnosis.

WHOLE BODY
Stand straight and ask your question. A slight bow means “yes”, a side swing “no”.

FINGER-LIFT
Rest a wrist on your chest or a chair arm so that the fingers are free to move but extended. Ask a finger to rise to signal “yes”. Ask for another to signal “no”. Then others for other responses. Be sure that you are not moving the fingers voluntarily. You may notice a tingling or other sensations instead of a movement. In a watchful state this method may require time and some effort. Sometimes it is easier than using a pendulum for some people.

TONGUE rub
Run tour tongue over the roof of your mouth and ask your question. If you have a rough feeling it is “yes”, otherwise it is “no”.

WRIST TWIST
Reich out with either hand as though about to shake hands with someone. Ask question. If your hand twists clockwise it is “yes”, if it twists anticlockwise it is “no”.

HAND-FEELING
By making a movement forward with the hand some can feel sensation (cold, heat, etc.), which means “yes”. An absence of sensation, instead, stands for “no”.
